The problem

An electrical contracting firm in Saudi Arabia had inherited an Odoo 16 estate from a prior implementation with no meaningful documentation. Nobody on the client side could say with confidence which modules were in active use, whether the data layer was internally consistent, how the server was configured, or what an upgrade path would even look like. Before any new work could start safely, the estate needed a real audit.

What I did

I ran a complete infrastructure audit using parallel Claude Code agents, each assigned a slice of the system — one sweeping installed modules and customizations, another checking data integrity across core tables, another reviewing server and PostgreSQL configuration. Running these sweeps in parallel rather than sequentially meant the audit covered the whole estate in a fraction of the calendar time a manual pass would have taken, without cutting corners on any one layer.

Once the individual sweeps came back, I consolidated the findings by hand into a single prioritized remediation plan — ranking issues by risk and dependency order rather than just listing them, and mapping out what an upgrade path would actually require given the estate's current state.

Outcome

The client came away with a documented, prioritized remediation plan and a clear picture of what an upgrade path involves, replacing a system that had previously been a black box even to the people running it day to day.

This is the AI-augmented delivery story in practice: the same depth of audit a manual review would produce, run by orchestrating multiple agents against different layers of the system simultaneously instead of working through them one at a time.
